Emergency funding relief through federal and state resources has been available for skilled nursing facilities and assisted living communities. This session will discuss the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act, Provider Relief Funds, Payroll Protection Program, and Nebraska’s CARES funding. The next steps for skilled nursing facilities and assisted living communities in funding accountability will be reviewed. Guidance for Single Audits and compliance will be discussed.
