The purpose of this session is to discuss what end-of-life planning is and how it can be useful to us during times of certainty and times like now.
At the conclusion of this webinar, participants will be able to:
- Discuss the elements of end-of-life planning
- Explain the different ways people are now engaging in end-of-life planning as a result of COVID-19
This program is appropriate for all who work in hospice and palliative care.
