Session Information

This session will be presented as a live webinar, recorded and available on-demand.

It is also available for a reduced cost as part of the Navigating the Impact of COVID-19 Post-Pandemic Webinar Series

The general public has never had a positive view of long-term care. COVID-19 has intensified the negative public perceptions and stimulated an increase in the demand for alternatives to long-term placement. Winning consumer confidence requires more than a focus on amenities. Building trust requires a confident, consistent, coordinated team approach to customer care and service.

At the end of this webinar, the attendee will be able to:

1.    Explain the responsibility of leadership to demonstrate a confident, coordinated path to recovery

2.    Develop a quality improvement plan to restore consumer confidence

3.    Create an environment that demonstrates a commitment to quality care and customer satisfaction across a broad demographic

Appropriate for administrators, directors, owners, directors of nursing, and nurses in skilled nursing facilities and assisted living communities.
